Registration opens at 11:00 a.m. in Shannon Hall
Afternoon dancing and workshops 1:30 p.m. till 5:00 p.m.
Dinner break 5:00 till 7:00 p.m.
Evening event 7:00 p.m. Opening Ceremony in Shannon Hall; dancing till 10:00 p.m. 

Day 2 - Friday, July 7, 2017

Halls open at 9:30 a.m. 
BCSRD Federation AGM  9:30 a.m. till noon at the Cloverdale Recreation Centre (Room 204-205 -- same room as round dancing)
Morning dancing and workshops 10:00 a.m. till noon
Lunch break 12:00 till 1:30 p.m.
Afternoon dancing and workshops 1:30 till 5:00 p.m.
Dinner break 5:00 till 7:00 p.m. 
Evening dancing 7:00 till 10:00 p.m.

Day 3 - Saturday, July 8, 2017

Halls open at 9:30 a.m. 
Morning dancing and workshops 10:00 a.m. till noon
Lunch break 12:00 till 1:30 p.m.
Afternoon dancing and workshops 1:30 till 5:00 p.m.
Dinner break 5:00 till 7:00 p.m.
Evening event 7:00 p.m. Closing Ceremony in Shannon Hall; dancing till 10 p.m.

There is a cafeteria/concession stand in the Shannon Hall that is operated by a reputable catering company. They offer snacks and fast food at competitive prices.  There are also a large number of restaurants and fast food outlets in the nearby Cloverdale business area.
